I had a colonoscopy- the nurses were so reassuring and sweet! It was my first one so I was super nervous. They prepared me for each step and explained everything in layman’s terms so I could understand what was going to happen. The doctor was really great too- thank you Dr. Schneider, Nurse Angel and Nurse Felicia.

Everything about about this facility was great. Wait ti.e was good, nurses in prep-area were great (Nice, Friendly n Personable), Dr. and his nurses in procedure room were all very nice and comforting. Dr explained what he was going to do before I was put out, then he explained to me everything he had found as soon as I woke up. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

The nurses were so very kind and professional. My recovery nurse was exceptional. The facility was clean and had an inviting decor. However, the phlebotomist used the "s" word. The needle was very painful going in. The IV site still hurts. There is no "shower cap" provided for long hair. Also, the music was loud and raucous. Play some slow classical music instead. The music made me tense .when it could have helped me be calm. I do not give my permission for this to be published publicly.

Everyone were very accommodating. Great customer service. Made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Clover, John, the anesthesist and a couple of more ladies I can’t remember their names. One is a little tall and likes to dance. Great crew. Shows they love what they do and workplace. God bless them all.

The entire staff at this facility is top notch. I have been to Dr. Schneider before and I highly recommend him. I travel from Boynton Beach just to keep him as my doctor.
Chinece was so sweet and had a great personality as my intake nurse and I didn't even feel the IV go in. The anesthesiologist team Alex and Chad were great as well as Gaby in the procedure room and Angel in recovery.
The front desk staff are all wonderful too. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Easy check in followed by excellent patient service/care in the prep/recovery room.
I loved the heated blanket!
Very attentive/caring staff both before and after the procedure; everything was explained in detail.
I was offered the juice but not the cookies ?
I rate the facility,Dr.Schneider and staff 15 out of 10 ⭐
