One of the best sports complex I have ever seen in the US and I've seen a lot. It has everything for the whole family and it is wheelchair accessible. I'm from Arizona but if we had one of these this would be the best thing ever, you can get a full workout and a comfort of air conditioning from walking to weightlifting to swimming amazing hats off to Epic and this beautiful fitness center / Community Center

Light show was beautiful and walk path is very nice. Good place for an evening hangout with family having kids. Light show keeps us entertained and fresh air soothes the surroundings. Nice evening hangout. But it is crowded

For anyone with a disability or recovering from surgery, this is the place to go for accessible swim and fitness opportunities. They have a zero entrance pool entry to the ramp that leads to the vortex pool for water walking against a current and to the aqua aerobics fitness side of the pool. There is a pool lift for access to the lap pool lanes. There is a jetted area in the vortex pool but the water isn't warm like the Jacuzzi, which sadly doesn't have a lift to it for those who can't use the steps there. For equipment, there is a section right outside the swimming pool area where there are machines like you would see at a rehab place for physical therapy, which includes a wheelchair treadmill, recumbent stepper, recumbent elliptical, and two upper body ergometers (aka arm bikes). This place is serious about inclusion.

Can’t say enough good things about this space. Affordable, friendly staff, & facility is well kept. They do a fantastic job of fitness equipment updates and upkeep, and they have quality equipment brands (Arsenal Strength, Rogue, Eleiko, and a few reputable names). Even as a non GP resident, this gym, though out of the way, is my first choice for a workout location.

The Epic stands by its name. It's DEFINITELY and epic place to be at. They have everything from a family friendly swimming area to a gym to rental areas to host your event. We rented the "Warehouse" spot for our daughter's graduation celebration on June 1st. Meghan was the coordinator for that and was the best person to help us. From the beginning she went above and beyond to make sure we understood what all entailed in our rental agreement and the services provided. She was the sweetest at making sure everything was ready for us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend the Warehouse venue for your event and I would definitely like to rent it out again. The only down side is the hours of operation for it, I think it would be awesome to extend the ending hours even if it's just by an hour later. But the view you get is amazing.

I really appreciate this gym. I love the staff and my kids love it but one hour of care for child care is insane! I had to pick my children up today and in the baby room there was only one other child there. At the start of summer, it was extremely busy but as I suspected, the summer crowd simmered down just like the New Years crowd did. It was difficult to get care but I understood it completely. It is upsetting that they will just cut the care hour down to one hour instead of figuring out if there is a pattern and adjust the staff to accommodate if there is a trend for the moment. Being rushed to get your whole stretch/warmup, work out and then cool down in within one hour when you can’t get to the gym every day and on top of that, you have limited hours just because you have kids is shattering. If you take a group fit class, you wont even have time to arrive early to get settled or have a moment to unwind. What’s the point of this gym for parents? It’s a complete slap in the face and it’s really upsetting and it’s 10x worse when the kids care is not even close to being full.

Before signing up for your membership, make sure you know the care hours, arrive early and even then you risk running out of care because it is always full. Additionally, on the tour they tell you that it is 2 hours of care, you have to buy extra passes (apart from the $50.00 membership fee) and now in summer they say that it is only one hour of care ‍♀️ the care is always full because There is a maximum of 5 children in the baby/toddler area and without forgetting to mention that all the employees always give a different version regarding the services and the care employees are rude.

We rented out the wave room for my sons birthday. Meghan was awesome to deal with and very friendly and personable.
The lifeguards are young teenagers and really take their job seriously which is great!
Everyone had a blast and the facility was very clean and locker room area was too!
