I had an excellent experience at Staples today, thanks to Jimmy. He helped me print out two books and went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfectly. He was incredibly patient, professional, and even offered to bind the books for me, which made them look even better! His positive attitude and willingness to help made the whole process so smooth. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Jimmy definitely stood out. Highly recommend working with him if you stop by!

Staples has all the office supplies (and more) that I need. Their prices are reasonable, especially when using bonus rewards. I recycle used ink cartridges, pens and other office recyclables and earn lots of points. The helpfulness of the associates and their suggestions help me get what I need and point me toward specials I qualify for and can use. I like the fact that there’s always a security guard on duty. I enjoy shopping at Staples, especially this one at 6th and Vermont in Los Angeles.

Tony who works at the print shop is an amazing employee. So kind, friendly and hard working. He really helped me out last minute when I had an error with one of my print jobs. He is a literal Angel. Someone give this man a raise, he deserves that and more!!!!

Helpful and assistive staff here. There’s printing and photo copy, as well as Amazon Returns. Very convenient. Wish they had more items but it’s understandable if they have few buyers. Appreciate the discounts 🙂

These morons have no clear indication of how to actually get into the store. I walked up to the street-facing side, expecting an entrance. Nope! There was some kind of gym there, and no signage directing me where to go. I walked up the stairs, expecting a street-facing entrance one level up. Nope, no entrance, but there was a sign informing me that the entrance was "in the back of the building." The problem with that explanation is that if I don't know which side is the front, then I can't discern the back, either. Stupid! I walked to the other street-facing side. No entrance there, either, so I called them for directions. I finally got inside, but what an irritating ordeal to walk around like that under the hot afternoon sun. The decision makers for this store are idiots.

I had bought Emerge Vortex chair here and I also purchased the protection plan for 3 years , I really liked the chair but it was peeling off , I called the Asurion protection and they helped me get a refund they send me an electronic email gift the two ppl I had spoke with were very great with there customer service ! 🙂
I had gone yesterday but since I had to wait for my electronic gift card I wanted to buy another chair I had called this staples to check if they still had anymore and I spoke with this lady named MAY she was very AWESOME she helped me to hold the chair for one day I really appreciate her help very generous lady !! STAPLES you guys have an outstanding employee !!!
I picked up my chair today ! she was also explaining me about the staples app I appreciate your help and patience MAY !
