In my professional opinion, the previous wellness center offered a more equipment compared to the remodeled facility. While the renovation has resulted in a more aesthetically pleasing environment, it has come at the expense of functionality. The introduction of 24-hour access is a positive development, but it is overshadowed by the overly stringent rules and regulations that create an oppressive atmosphere. It is essential to strike a balance between safety and user experience to ensure a conducive environment for all members.

Tons of options/modalities and everything is super top-notch. (went while visiting my aunt to drop in on a yoga class and sounds like a massive remodel was recently completed)

Dana was awesome, easy to follow and didn't have to look up once. Love it when you can close your eyes and really get into it!

We’ve been members since the remodel. At first, it was wonderful. It seems the machine campers, gossip mongers and teenagers have taken over. People sit around on machines and talk, talk, talk…just camp out, forever! The teenagers are not respectful AT ALL. They’re crude. They slam weights constantly and hard! Aren’t they supposed to have adult supervision? People get on the bikes and piddle around on their phones, some for an hour or more. Or they sit on machines listening through their earphones to music that they can’t decide on or have lengthy conversations. We’ve made our concerns known face to face AND in the suggestion jar. Management seems not to care. They just sit in the office and stare at their computers. Probably caring more about money than the patrons.

Unfortunately this gym is nowhere near what it was. You use to be able to get a really good workout in. Now it’s overran by teens and people just hanging out and not doing anything productive. Real shame, considering this use to be the best gym back in 2008 until 2023. RIP wellness center

As a past personal trainer with a plethora of gym experiences— this gym is the best bang for your $! Gym equipment is clean and oiled, staff are always friendly & the members seem to be friendly & respectful. I get a good workout here every time! Can’t wait for the expansion (:

Gym was ok, not great, before COVID. Granted I’m use to using bigger chain gyms so this is a smaller establishment. My big issue is post COVID. Essentially, they have cut from 7 days to 5 days per week, big gaps at lunch for cleaning (never known a gym not accessible to members during lunch) and limited access to equipment drastically. I thinks it’s definitely overkill, along with others. In fact, there is no longer a bench or incline bench to use. Therefore, squat racks have been overpopulated in order to compensate. Crazy not to have a BB bench in a gym. Yet, if the gym would like to take those precautions, very well. That’s their right. However, I asked about a discount since the access to the gym has been greatly reduced along with access to equipment. It was a very quick no. In my opinion, it’s not good business practices and inconsiderate to obviously reduce the quality and access to your service and expect the customer to continue to pay the same. Simply, this is not the membership I signed up for. The price should reflect.
