Impressed with their professionalism. Was on an EMS call, responding to this site. They were very helpful guiding us to our room, where our patient was located. Facility is clean & neat. I like this place. Would definitely recommend you visit here, or make your appt.

The incompetence of this place is unmatched. They do not value your time and try to blame other people for mistakes they make. My first experience and it was horrible. They gave me a form to fill with my oncologist and pre filled their contact information themselves. When I arrived on the appointment day , they told me the oncologist did not fill their contact info ( because you did). When I asked why didn't they let me know this 5 days ago when I made the appointment , they blamed it on the poor receptionist that receptionist didn't know. When I asked why you didn't call and let me know the morning of the appointment they put it all on a good laugh. Yes, wasting other people time is funny ( very funny to these people). They offered me a Saturday appointment as if its a great favor to me. No mam, its not a favor. It's your incompetence in paperwork! Three hours of my life I am not getting back and now I have to move my whole schedule around them again. AVOID IF YOU CAN !!!!!!!!

Very easy to make appointment and all staff there are very nice! Dr. Raza has been taking good care of me since the first time I went to see him. I had a bad pneumonia early this year and thanks to the treatment he prescribed I was able to recover fast. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and I finally found my favorite doctor and nurse! Dr.Qamar Raza and nurse Cristina Ramos went above and beyond to make sure I ordered all the correct labs and blood work for my concerns. That was the first time I really enjoyed visiting the doctor. I finally felt like a patient and not a number. Thank you so much Dr.Qamar.

Dr Hall is an amazing PCP and the support staff on onsite pharmacy are great and quick.

I went to check my eyes, the doctor is a very nice oerson, quick and professional. She gave me a few complimentary pairs of contact lenses I was running out of mine and they did not have in stock the lenses that I usually wear. Overall the Westlake Health and Wellness center was clean, the reception was very friendly. I would recommend to anyone considering using vision center.
