Really nice mother-baby yoga class! It was fun to meet other moms and babies, and the workout was nicely tailored to incorporate our babies and meet us at a good level for postpartum moms. I'll definitely go again! The whole staff in the Center were super friendly, too, and their nursing room was very comfortable.

They have been an amazing support in my pregnancy. I love the Pilates & fitness class the coach is the best and you feel great after the workout. Yoga classes are also very nice, empowering and relaxing.

With this being my first pregnancy, I have often felt lost. The Motherhood Center is an amazing resource! It brings me peace to know there is a community that is genuinely invested in my and my baby's best interest. My husband and I have now attended one class (newborn care) which was so informative! We will be doing the CPR class next! I have also attended prenatal yoga classes with Leslie and Loretta and prenatal pilates with Karolina and the classes were amazing! Glad to be moving again in a way that's safe for me at this stage in my pregnancy. Highly highly highly recommend checking out the Motherhood Center!

I just had the most wonderful experience at the motherhood center. I had a prenatal massage today at 33 weeks with Erin and I feel like a new person. Hands down the best thing I have done for myself in the last 33 weeks. Highly recommend. I will certainly be back for another massage and I look forward to taking advantage of the other classes they offer. Can't wait for mommy and baby yoga in the future. Thanks so much

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Motherhood Center. We enjoyed all the classes we took there (newborn care, prepared childbirth, breastfeeding and family & friends CPR) and learned so much. The people teaching the classes were all very knowledgable and helpful.
I loved the prenatal yoga classes, Loretta is a fantastic instructor.
I also highly recommend prenatal massages with Iris.
We recommend the Motherhood Center services to any expecting couple!

I’ve been taking prenatal Pilates and yoga classes at the motherhood center and I cannot recommend them enough! I am 33 weeks pregnant and had been a bit inactive through my second trimester which made me feel really unwell and tired all the time. The classes have helped me so much with my mobility and energy and I literally look forward to catching a class everyday. The instructors are really helpful and the classes make you feel included and understood. ♥️♥️

P.S. the cute little tea and snack station is such a treat after every class!!!

I can't recommend the Motherhood Center enough! Their prenatal yoga classes have been a lifesaver throughout my pregnancy, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and strengthening. At six weeks postpartum, I treated myself to a postnatal massage, and it was the best decision ever. It felt so nurturing and rejuvenating, just what I needed after giving birth. Visited here for my bday while preggo, the yoga class was amazing!!! The massage was everything I needed and more, I felt so pampered, cared for and because this is a place specialized for pregnant women the therapist knew exactly what I needed and took her time with me. Jane was so good, I absolutely loved my massage I did 90 minutes and the staff was very helpful and kind, the place is very clean and overall a GREAT place for mommies. I most definitely am going back, already booked again?
