The studio is always clean and the staff cleans it after each class. The coaches are willing to help you anytime and correct your technique or posture if you are not performing the exercise properly.
The coaches receive you with a great welcome and a big smile each time to go to the studio.
I recommend each one to go to the F45 Training Doral and try working out there. You will not regret and you will feel like you are part of a family.

I've been a member at F45 Training Doral for two years, and I can honestly say it's been a game-changer for me! The workouts are intense, challenging, and always keep me on my toes – but that's exactly what I love about them. ?

Beyond the killer workouts, what really sets this place apart is the sense of community. Everyone here is so supportive and motivating; it's like working out with a big, fit family! Plus, the healthy lifestyle hacks I've picked up along the way have been incredibly helpful in keeping me on track, even outside the gym.

Excellent program! I went in as a novice and came out not only knowledgeable about my health and how to maintain it but learned the type of lifestyle I should maintain. Ivan and Amanda really are the best in guiding you through the process of personal enhancement. Highly recommend it
