5 stars honestly is not enough! F45 Trinity is truly a life changing place. The workouts are amazing and the trainers are TOP-NOTCH! They create a great relationship with you the moment you walk in the door. I've got quite a few injuries and they are always showing me modifications for certain exercises that cause pain. The motivation and energy in the room from both the coaches and members is unmatched! I really look forward to my workouts there and always leave with an incredible burn. I've been taking classes there for about a month 1/2 now and have noticed myself getting a lot stronger. I was doing push ups last week and for the first time in my life, they weren't insanely difficult. The results are real! Thank you to Jackie, Jake, Becky, and Lili for your support and leadership! I'm so excited to see the changes in my body over the next few months!
