Es war einfach perfekt. Es ist zwar ein teurer Spaß, aber man kann Kinder ab 3 Jahren dort abgeben, wenn man möchte, und sie spätestens nach 4 Stunden wieder abholen. Dafür ist der Preis in Ordnung. Wenn man als Erwachsener jedoch dort bleibt, kostet es ein bisschen extra. Es gibt viele Spielmöglichkeiten und alles ist gut abgesichert. Außerdem ist eine Betreuerin vor Ort, die auf die Kinder aufpasst. Man kann dort essen und Kaffee trinken, und es ist super zentral auf der Zeil

We visited Nori Kids Center today, and my kids had a great time! The activities were engaging, and they really enjoyed themselves. However, I had a small unpleasant experience in the changing area. I took a drink for myself while in the locker room, not inside the play area, and was told that outside drinks were not allowed and that I needed to purchase from them. This felt unnecessary, especially since I had already bought a drink inside.

The pricing is €19.50 per child and €6 per adult. For our family (2 adults and 3 kids), we paid over €70. While the kids had fun and the facilities were nice, the strict drink policy and overall cost left me feeling a bit dissatisfied.

Sehr schönes Playground! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und nett. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu spielen, viel Platz zu laufen und verschiedene Aktivität Möglichkeiten. Das Personal achtet dass alle Spielzeugen aufgeräumt sind. Wir haben unsere Puppe auch da drin gelassen und gesucht und ein Mitarbeiter hat uns geholfen.

Extremely expensive for what it is and very rude staff. Terrible value for money and completely a business that tries to rip off children. As one example, they charge 2 Euros for an apple and you are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Fries on the other hand cost 4,40 Euros. They discourage children in this way to eat healthy snacks. Should be forbidden to run such a business.

Safety for children below 3 is very low. Older kids can easily slide into them, hurt younger kids without any supervision at all. Would discourage to take your kids to this play area

I have been a frequent visitor to Nori Park for months and have often recommended it to friends. Many of them have visited the park based on my positive experiences, and my daughter has always felt comfortable here. I have never left her unsupervised; I’ve always stayed with her during our visits. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an issue that left me extremely disappointed.

Despite being a regular customer, I was treated very rudely when we exceeded the four-hour stay limit. The way the staff approached us was unprofessional and disrespectful. We were told in a commanding tone that we had to leave within 20 minutes, even though the four hours were not yet up. This was especially frustrating given that there is no mention in the terms and conditions, on the website, or in the brochure that we are required to leave after four hours or pay a new entry fee.

We were a group of four mothers with eight children, all of whom had eaten, drank, and enjoyed snacks, and we adults also ordered coffee multiple times. We had significantly contributed to the park’s business that day, yet we were made to feel unwelcome.

The way the staff handled the situation was simply unacceptable. I have always had positive experiences at Nori Park in the past, but after this visit, I’ve lost the motivation to return, and I will no longer recommend it to others. The staff’s attempts to be polite felt half-hearted, and the overall attitude we were met with was not at all conducive to a family-friendly environment.

In summary, while I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I expect better from a place I’ve frequented and recommended so often.

Addendum: Thank you for your reply. However, I would like to clarify that I did not leave my child alone at any point during our visit. I was with her the entire time, so there was no issue of her missing me or feeling abandoned.

I hope this feedback is taken into account to improve future customer interactions.

I recently visited Nori Park in the Skyline Plaza, Frankfurt, with some friends and their kids. This was my first time here, as I usually go to MyZeil.

Upon entering, and even in the brochures and terms & conditions, there was no indication that visitors must leave after 4 hours. It was only mentioned that child supervision is provided for a maximum of 4 hours, which shouldn’t have applied to us as we, the mothers, were present the entire time and didn’t require assistance from the staff.

After 4 hours, however, we were rudely told to leave, even though the park was not busy that day. We were repeatedly asked to go or pay a second entry fee for the kids. We tried to explain that we had spent a substantial amount during our visit, buying food, drinks, and several rounds of coffee, making it financially worthwhile for the park. Nevertheless, this didn’t seem to matter, and we were pressured to leave.

The owner was present and heard our concerns, but he didn’t respond or even acknowledge us, displaying a lack of customer focus. Ultimately, we decided to leave, feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

My conclusion: I won’t be visiting this park again. The unfriendly treatment and lack of customer service left a lasting impression. Professionalism seems to be undervalued here, which is especially unfortunate for a family-oriented venue. I would advise anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant time with their children to consider other options and avoid Nori Park

Ich kann die Einrichtung wirklich empfehlen. Ja, es ist nicht gerade günstig und vergleichsweise klein (kleiner als es von außen wirkt), aber die Kinder (3 und fast 1 Jahr alt) hatten wirklich sehr viel Spaß. Wir werden defintiv wieder kommen.
Die schlechten Bewertungen und Kritikpunkte in anderen Rezensionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ja, das eine oder andere Möbel und Spielzeug ist etwas abgegriffen, aber da gehen auch täglich Dutzende Kinder durch. Wer ehrlich ist, der weiß wie es im eigenen Kinderzimmer mit solchen Abnutzungserscheinungen nach wenigen Jahren aussieht und das bei nur einem oder wenigen Kindern. Und alles was ich gesehen habe, waren wirklich nur solche Abnutzungserscheinungen. Daneben war es immer alles sauber, auch die Toiletten, und das Personal war immer bemüht auch zwischendurch etwas aufzuräumen und für etwas Ordnung zu sorgen.
Auch den Kritikpunkt mit dem Bargeld kann ich nicht verstehen. Wir sind nun im Jahr 2025 und ich finde es sehr gut, wenn immer mehr Geschäfte aufhören diesen merkwürdigen und irrationalen Bargeldfetisch der deutschen zu bedienen.

Im Nori Kids Center können kleinere Kinder sich schön austoben und spielen, wenn das Wetter draußen mal nicht mitspielt. Das Personal hat alles gut im Blick und achtet darauf, dass auch kleinere Kinder sicher sind und regelmäßig kommt ein Wischmop zum Einsatz. Derweil können die Erwachsenen einen wirklich guten Kaffee genießen und sich an den lachenden Kindergesichtern erfreuen.
Das Vergnügen ist leider nicht ganz billig, aber der Spaß der Kleinen ist es wert.
