I am so glad I chose American Harbor College. The staff going above and beyond to help you through every step of becoming a phlebotomist. Lynn and Brian answered every question I had before, during and after finishing the program. The instructors, Janell and Manny, were patient and encouraging. They don't just want you to learn the skills, but to feel confident in what you are doing. I was well prepared for my certification exam after completing the classroom portion. The externship location they match you with is a great environment to continue practicing in.

Linnea, Brian, and all the instructors make such a great team! Because the classes consist of such small groups, it makes learning very fun like with a family that you grow closer with in the 2 weeks of training. I was nervous about practicing drawing blood on each other but that fear went away in like 2 days and I cant imagine any other way to improve. lab was very fun and the instructor teaches you very well and thoroughly. Thank you AHC so much for the learning opportunity.

I personally found out about American harbor college through one of my teachers in high-school, I was a little nervous at first of stepping into something i really didn't know much about, But thankfully everyone there gave me a warm welcome and was very patient and consistent with helping me really progress and learn about phlebotomy. From when i first called to learn more about the process of becoming a phlebotomy technician to when i was done with my NHA test and clinical’s, it was all smooth sails, I really think that everyone i was able to meet there REALLY played a key role into me passing and succeeding within phlebotomy. They're resources and great instructors really helped me gain valuable skills that i use in healthcare everyday and im honestly so thankful and glad i made the decision of doing phlebotomy at american harbor college!!!! And i wanted to lastly give a big thank you to Brian! Who really is very helpful and brings a great sense of humor, even after im done with the program he still checks in on me to see how my schooling and overall life is going !!!! Forever grateful and humble.

Great experience, class size is small so you get a lot of one on one with professors. Staff is more than willing to help you plan what to do with your license and give career advice! Overall, great environment to learn:)

The faculty at American Harbor College are operating at high above the standard and fully prepared and supported me through the entire process of being licensed. I learned a lot, very quickly and was subsequently over prepared for my testing, externship and licensing process. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much for the ease and grace you gave an elder student returning to school.

Absolutely amazing experience. From the start of inquiring regarding their program, to finishing up everything, every single person was so helpful. Instructor Janelle had so much patience in answering all my questions about the material throughout the course and always provided help when needed. Brian and Lynn were also so amazing with everything I needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from a program. Absolutely recommend.
