My 89 husband is currently in this facility for both physical and cogni
tive therapy as he has Parkinson's. The staff, nurses, therapists, CNAs and social worker are absolutely the most caring, attentive, and patient people I have encountered. They go way beyond for the patients who are here and want the very best for them and go the extra mile to assure the patients achieve the goals enabling them to go home. It is so nice to see the smiling faces and positive outlook of all the people who work at Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center. It is evident that everyone loves what they do. This facility provides excellent patient care, and I highly recommend them.

When my mother-in-law first entered she was in bad shape! Yesterday on Easter Sunday just weeks later, I noticed a huge change! She was vibrant she was gaining weight, she is thriving and very happy! She received such good care in this facility and the nurses are amazing as well as the CNA‘s! I am quite pleased at the progress and I have no concerns about her remaining there long term as she is joyful and her eyes have that sparkle again! I am especially pleased that she made friends that she needed around her own age! I am very grateful to EMILY as well for all the work she did to get mom in there for better care! Thank you to all the staff, you guys are amazing!

The staff has been amazing with the care and compassion they have given my mother for the past 6 weeks. I guess the only complaint I have is as my mother is transitioning and will be passing on in just a few hours. I sit in my car at 1 am. I have been here for the better part of 48 hours and have not so much been offered a glass of water or a cup of coffee. Or a comfortable place to sit. This facility is great with the patients. Not so much with the family that is sitting by her mother's bedside watching her mother die. Maybe offer family a comfortable area to rest. That would make this place a top notch facility for a grieving family. Thank you for the wonderful care you have provided to my mother.

This place needs to be shut down……unskilled nurses that only care about a pay check. They don’t care about the patients, specifically their memory care patients. They withheld medication from my father who had Alzheimer’s while he was covid positive. Then again they withheld medication from him a few days before he passed away. The nurse Michelle on the second floor threatened and yelled at me in front of her supervisor when I question the care they were giving my father. Again this place needs to be shut down no one in there cares for these patients. You can tell from the moment in walk in, the smell & the way the facility looks. Any time I had a question I was giving “ I don’t know” as an answer. Admission is no where to be found ever.

I've been here at the facility and have nothing but praise for physical therapy and occupational therapy. Great friendly faces to great you daily. When you need help in getting your physical health in order they are just what the doctor ordered.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to comment on this amazing facility. My husband, at age 63, suffered a major stroke last November. It was very bad and altered our world in an unimaginable way. After 9 weeks in the hospital, and attempt to have him at home it was clear that he needed rehab as well as additional care to maintain his health. Our experience with admissions was the first thing that was comforting for us in many months. We walked into the unknown very emotional and unsure of the situation that we would experience. From day one we were treated with amazing compassion, love, as well as competent medical attention. We have been here since February 2021 and have had experienced nothing more than support, wonderful care, as well as feeling like we’re part of a family. I come every day to be a part of his healing and care and have had an amazing support team from administration to doctors, nurses, CNA’s, dietitian, housekeeping , even the maintenance staff. The peace in our lives, no matter his outcome with his health, has been unexplainable because God has placed us in the hands of so many caring and compassionate people within this staff. I just can’t say enough about this wonderful facility and the staff that care for all of these folks In need every day:) Victoria Winn-Hammock
