I’ve been seeing Dr. Ly for over 10 years and I’m so happy to have found him. I’ve been seen by several psychiatrist before him and the medications never seemed to help. He was patient with me and we soon discovered the perfect combination of meds for my needs. I am now a more productive member of society, a better mom, and wife. The difficulties are always there but with the medications, I am able to handle them in a constructive manner and not be so overwhelmed with depression. His staff has always been kind to me and return my calls promptly. I wish he was taking new patients because I have several family and friends that could use his help.

Dr. Ly is super attentive, detail oriented and the best psychiatrist I have seen hands down. Can only say positive things about my experience- staff is amazing as well. Truly a top notch office that runs smoothly from beginning to end. He is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Made me feel listened to what I was telling him versus all of the other psychiatrists I have been to. A wonderful, caring doctor who listens and recommends not just medication, but recommends reading/books to go along with the healing process and other ways like diet and excercise to help with mental health.

Dr. Ly is a wonderful psychiatrist for children and adults. He is available by phone any time you need a medication adjustment and has never made us wait over 24 hours. He is compassionate and very knowledgeable. His appointments are fast but he always has time if you have questions. His staff is kind and efficient. We have never had any trouble. The old negative reviews are for the staff members of his previous practice. Now he is solo, and his staff are great!

Dr. Peter Ly is the best in the area in his field of expertise. Aside from his impressive background as already noted on this website, I can tell from our first appointment that he is very attentive to the needs of his patients. He took his time and really listened to our issues and concerns, we did not feel rushed during our appointments. He is the kind of doctor anyone would want, mild mannered and compassionate. His office staff is friendly and accommodating. I had a hard time setting up our first appointment but they went above and beyond my expectations by making an effort to work us in. Instead of having to wait for months, Dr. Ly was able to see us ~ within a week - 10 days from the time I called. There is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Ly and his staff puts their best interest with their patients. I highly and strongly recommend Dr. Peter Ly and his staff.

Dr. Ly is clear, kind and easy to talk to and he helps try to figure out the best plan for your health. We had communication issues regarding his services, but he took the time to listen to me and clear these up months after not seeing him. His office staff is always very good with appointments and the front desk gets back to you quickly if they are unable to answer call at the time.

Dr. Ly is a great doctor! He always makes himself accessible every time I need him which in my case has been a lot! I cannot say enough good things about him. He is smart, caring, patient, and efficient. He offers phone support, easy to make appointments, with very minimal wait time. It's been a long road for me, but we are finally on track with my medication and I am so happy to have him as my doctor!

I am honestly shocked by the reviews with anything less than five stars. Dr. Ly is an awesome doctor! As for the not showing up for an appointment and being canceled as a patient... I find that hard to believe because I have forgotten to come into the office before so he called me to make sure everything was okay and then we did a phone appointment instead. That has actually happened twice. He actually listens to what is going on. Makes small adjustments either up or down depending on how you are doing on your medications. He listens and figures out what you are needing. I’m so glad I found him because I have had several doctors that didn’t do anything for me. He has helped me a lot. My daughter and my best friend also see him so i Would recommend anyone to see him.
