I first used ETCV a few years ago for some events my then employer was running. When I was looking for a suitable venue in my current employ I contacted the team and booked an Away Day for last week. The service received was great from start to finish and I honestly couldn't find a fault. Special thanks to the Sarah who managed the booking so well from start to finish and to the Chef who prepares some really tasty food. If I need a city centre location for an event in the future, ECTV will be the first venue I contact.

Venue is in a pretty good location, very clean but wifi is extremely unreliable. Be careful if you have an event that needs a fast or reliable connection. The first time I tried to load Google Reviews it took a full minute.

Delighted with the service we received when running our weekend workshops recently and can highly recommend the venue.
Perfectly situated for participants, especially those travelling from outside Edinburgh and there was a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the building.
The hospitality was second to none with friendly welcoming staff particularly Craig and Jamie who made sure everything ran smoothly including the equipment for our PowerPoint presentation.
The buffet lunch and refreshments were of excellent quality and very competetively priced. An excellent all-round experience and we'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Only 10 mins walk from Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station, which is great. Conference Centre is still renovating the reception area, and the lift is really slow. However, this is a great venue to have a board meeting. Nice lunch and nibbles, too! Thanks to the staff for helping set up the online screen and sound the sound system.

Really friendly staff and great area! Was also a pleasure to plan and arrange everything with James. Totally recommended if you're looking for a nice, central location in Edinburgh to get together with your team, or host an event!
