I come here most days for a look around. It is a lovely walk through Media City to get here. There are plenty of clothes shops with discounted clothes. M&S and NEXT are usually the busiest and you can get some bargains.
There are other shops too, it’s best to have a look on google if you’re after something specific.
The Lowry doesn’t get as busy as the nearby Trafford Centre and it’s a lot cheaper if you’re after clothes. You do have to pay for parking though.
There is a food hall upstairs as well as some local craft shops. The food hall has plenty of seating and Tandoori Delights is my favourite. I’ll write about that in the future. There is also a new ‘Street Food’ area downstairs but again I’ll write about that another time.
The Mall is wheelchair friendly, there is.Bus link and Tram if you don’t drive. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Media City.

This place is a ghost town. Wish we hadn’t bothered visiting, as there’s hardly anything here worth visiting for anymore, and the parking is no longer free upon validation of a purchase receipt. Furthermore, customer services are useless! We put cash into one of the children’s rides near the car park pay machines, and the machine didn’t work. When I visited customer services, they already knew about it, and pretty much just shrugged it off like they were sick of hearing about it with a comment about “oh have you put money in it too”. They claimed they couldn’t do anything to help other than suggest I email the company that runs them. They wouldn’t entertain my suggestion of turning the machine off or putting a sign on it.
To top it off, the overpriced car park was completely unlit when we exited to the car. Not very safe for families with young children.

Won’t be visiting this place again until it’s been flattened and turned into something a bit more appealing.

A reasonably decent shopping centre, though it’s beginning to show its age, looking rather tired as more shops seem to have closed down. The Marks & Spencer outlet is still quite sizeable, which is a plus. There’s on-site parking available, along with free toilets and a food court, though I must admit, they all feel somewhat dated and a bit lacklustre. However, the cinema is quite well-maintained and there are still a few respectable places to grab a bite. I would recommend for a good deal

Nice area but as an outlet very derelict and abandoned, feels like a pitiful remainder of former glory. Filled with empty stores, dirty floors and dull shops, nothing at all to write home about. Definitely not a place to shop, decent food places for a meal by quayside. Lowry Outlet itself should be shut down, not bustling at all, very depressing atmosphere.

Great international food court, some nice shops but too many empty units.

The policy of charging to park has reduced this to a ghost town. All the best shops have moved out. I don't see the point in going there any more. Would give no stars if it were possible.

We attended the Lowry today to go to the cinema which we have done for the last 6 or so years. It was absolute chaos. The Manchester run was on so they obviously knew there would be a lot more visitors and cars they decided to close the main carpark and said it’s full when it Wasn’t. Causing queues for nearly an hour. So unorganised. When we rang customer services they were rude and tried to direct us to another carpark which the entrance to that one was also CLOSED. I don’t know where they expected all the cars to go apart from home Ridiculous safe to say we won’t be visiting again.
