We built a house on the lake for 10 months. Ly Mai accompanied with my family for such long time. She helped with the negotiation with the builder, home design and construction. I had to get a jumbo loan and she helped with the process smoothly. I live far away from the construction site, so she represented me to work with the inspectors at every stage of construction. Furthermore, even after the house is finished, she still helped me to communicate with the builder for warranty request. I greatly recommend this agent especially for the newly built house.
