I had an upcoming appointment, after having to wait for several months for an appointment it got canceled the day before! When I called to reschedule because they just canceled and didn't call, they told me the next availability they had was over a month away. I just want my physical and flu shot! They are not good with communication. They always have appointments you have to wait a month or more to be seen.

I'm here for my son's 8:00AM appt, only to find a sign on the door & the lights out. The sign reads, in a meeting, have a seat. Why set appointments if you know you'll be in a meeting. Very inconsiderate of people's time. I can only hope the doctor will be more caring of my son. Time to find a new doctor.

I WOULDN'T REFER MY DEAD TURTLE TO THIS CLINIC!

No cough no runny nose no covid symptoms haven't been around nobody with covid EVER but yet Medcura nurses are forcing me to wear a mask when CDC said mask aren't required ? ? ?

Every appointment we wait in the lobby for over 45min even wen showing up early. Then get in the room to wait another 30min.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS & THE FOREIGN NURSE IS RUDE. I get an attitude every time im here, I absolutely hate this practice & glad today is the last time we'll be here.

My first new patient visit made me not want to go back. I had a few issues I wanted to address and talk about. The medical assistant was so adamant about only seeing me for one issue. It took me 2 months to even get this first visit. What if the issue I didn't chose to be addressed today could be worse for my health then the other. Wouldn't you want my issues in your file at least? But they refused to listen to more than 1. Another thing I went in for was a TB test which takes almost no time but their turnover is more important than their patient care.
The environment was not welcoming either.
The NP was sweet, but that's the only upside to my experience.

Since Friday last week I have been having issues with staff, mainly attitude. Staff has yelled at me, hung up on me and even talked about me in the background where I could clearly hear them. Today, Dr Forrest was VERY rude with me. She cut me off from speaking and expressing that I have been waiting almost 2 hours for a virtual visit. She even told me she couldn’t take anymore time on the phone with me cause her other patients would become upset disregarding my feelings. It’s like as soon as I try to express concern over the service provided no one wants to hear it so they tell me basically I’m hindering them helping me. The only person there that has been kind and helpful is Dr. Robinson. After the video visit

RUN AWAY!!! I went and then I took my daughter because I made us back to back appts. I should have canceled. I received a bill for almost $200 for myself. After calling for about 2 weeks I finally got someone in the billing dept and was able to advise them that all I had was a check up which my insurance covers 100%. She said the “doctor” billed it incorrectly and she would adjust.. fine.. Next thing I know my daughter gets the same bill!!! I called for over a month to speak with someone and those untrained receptionists kept connecting me to a number where no one answered and they don’t accept vm!!!! We even started bring letters about it being on our credit when the billing was again their error!!! I finally got through this morning after acting crazy and the lady said she would adjust the bill. Don’t waste your time!!!! They are the worst!!! I’m not even going to talk about the actual visit… SMH RUN AWAY!!!!

The providers at MedCura have been average. The office staff on the other hand is the worst I have ever experienced. Getting referrals is almost impossible since your request will go to a voicemail that is usually full and is never responded to. Prescriptions are almost as difficult because if you pharmacy has a question, the number on the Rx that they sent has been out of service for almost 2 years. I would not recommend MedCura to anyone with a genuine medical need.
