I eventually found a car park on level 3, it was a weekday during school term. Found toilets easily but they were fouled. I didn't hear any public announcements. The police had to attend to something. Next time I might ride my bicycle, also find somewhere safe for a cigarette and coffee. At least there's not too many levels to navigate.

A great mall where you can find all what you need under one roof. Many shops are available although some constructions are going on. Many parking lots and wheelchairs accessible services. You can bring your kids to enjoy a mall trip. Clean and organized has many toilets around. Definitely I do recommend visiting Northland shopping centre

I’m sick and tired of driving into this carpark, and trollies are not being removed from the disabled parking bay, that I need to access for my son, due to his disability. I have contacted the centre several times, and they straight out just lie to me over the phone. Considering the amount of people with disabilities accessing this centre, I’m so angry that some have their rights to access a community space safely, ignored. Your customer service, and management team are a disgrace. If it were my choice, and not my sons, I wouldn’t bother even shopping at Northland.

Northland is just like most other shopping centres. Good variety of stores.. From Food, clothing, electronics etc

Place is kept clean, staff are friendly, plenty of parking.

Very big mall with wide range of stores and shops. One of the few malls which has both target and kmart. It has free wifi and charging area. Information system is placed in various places. Pop-up stores are placed in many area. There is always some kind of promotional activities happening in this mall. Huge parking spot. We could not spot any kids play area easily and we are not sure if there is one. Myer store in this mall is so huge.

Friendly security guards always smiling at everyone and helping us stay safe all staff are very kind and patient and it’s also an excellent place to shop very chill

This is a large shopping center that has a number of large stores and shops all in one location.
Given its size and extended shopping hours on Friday until 9 p.m., free parking is an added benefit.
