The worse place to get care. I stopped going there and transferred to a DR in Fort Smith Arkansas. Their providers regularly violate federal HIPAA policies and your quality of care is substandard!

My son came in with a chesty cough, they only tested him for strep. When normally our PCP would get for RSV, strep and COVID. I had to buy a home COVID test after his visit. They didn't give my husband a single paper detailing anything about the visit. And he didn't even see a doctor in person, it was telemed and all the hands on was done by the front desk person.
I should've just waited an extra day for his PCP to open so he would've received optimal and detailed care.

Oh and cherry on top, they won't fax or email any of my sons paperwork. I have to drive 45 minutes to them to pick it up!
Last time I have my husband take them, especially here.
Editing to add my son ended up having RSV, was told it was allergies and was said it was OK to go to school. He ended up spreading RSV to his class, and my 1 year old at home. I left work that same week to take them to urgent care where they were properly diagnosed and given steroids.

When I was on vacation and needed emergency treatment, this hospital was 3 minutes away from the hotel where I lived. We walked in directly, because it was Saturday, and there were only two male nurses on duty. They received me warmly, and I filled in all the information , they helped me make an appointment with the face time doctor, a very touching visit, and quickly made a quick diagnosis of my condition. I got my medicine at a nearby Walmart, and it only took about an hour and a half to finish the whole process. After a few days of traveling, my symptoms gradually eased, and I am very grateful to this hospital for helping me!

Most unprofessional place I’ve heard of, my sister came here with a bad allergic reaction and couldn’t breath had high blood pressure and oxygen levels all over the place, truly could have been a life or death situation, the doctor forced a illegal, unqualified, first day on the job EMS to give a shot to my sister, so then the nurse felt so convicted she ended up telling my family member she felt uncomfortable giving the shot to my sister, so much that the EMS told her that the doctor responded with “perfect” after hearing she refused to take meds from a unqualified EMS, knowing that a EMS nurse was almost forced to give a shot that could have possible life saving or ending results is astonishing!! Unqualified and illegal practice is being done here and something needs to be done ASAP! these are families….. brothers ,sisters, mothers, dads and every other kind of kin you can think, Are going here with a sense of security and thinking they are getting good help and they are getting lied to and having some illegal practices done, this can’t be the only time this has happened !!!! FIX IT!

Staff is unprofessional & rude. Maybe hire some employees that actually care about the well-being of others instead of acting like they’re an inconvenience.

I've used this clinic in years past and always had a good experience. Not this time. The staff and nurses were efficient and kind but the nurse practioner was rude and didn't listen when I explained I've had trouble in the past taking amoxicillin. What does she do...prescribe it to me anyways when I know good and well there are other options. I've been treated for the same exact illness with other types of medication just last year at that facility! Not only that she told me I didn't look sick enough to her. Well excuse me I had to shower, put on make up and dress appropriately for work that day while I noticed you put on yoga pants. I took off work that morning to come see a doctor to get some relief as I can't afford to be out sick. So here I am worse off than I was before after taking what she prescribed(stupid me I knew better). Well, thanks for that, all your understanding, a bill, and probably another doctor visit somewhere else with yet another bill! I can promise I won't be back until there is another practitioner!

honestly quite disappointed with the quality of service at this particular facility. if you choose to schedule an appointment (at..let's say, 4pm) you might as well arrive at 4:50, because they overbook all appointments. they leave you waiting in the waiting area for an hour +, and on top of that, they leave you unattended in the doctor's office for around 45 minutes! you can't help but wonder if they forgot you were in there...or if you should just start running and never look back. it's honestly so frustrating when i have to take one of three daughters to the office because she is severely sick, and one of my sons has a soccer game around an hour afterwards. since it's so overbooked, it's like there is no other options for service. the quality if care is poor as well. they can never take your complaints seriously, and literally just reccomend rest and tylenol for anything from a headache to a liver damage issue. this place used to have exceptional service, and now it shouldn't even be considered as a clinic or an option for your family's healthcare. if you want a true diagnosis and a remedy, go ANYWHERE else. i have nothing more to say, but thank you if you made it this far. stan the rose for clear skin.

I love this clinic and I go here once some time twice a month to get my Suboxone since I was an addict for 19 years but Dr. Shay and Dr. Broadway saved me and helped me get my life back together and they are so down to earth that I can share my most darkest secrets with them and they wouldn't judge me or treat me any different and they are all the most empathetic and sweet people who are employees and I don't have to wait a long time to get called back and I have never had any trouble with getting my medicine and they have Counseling for all kinds of things. They also have a mobile Dentist that is there every other week that sees people who don't have insurance they just seed you a bill for it.
