I made an appointment in January to be a new patient and the first available appointment for new patients was may 30th. I quickly grab it. I thought this was odd because if I was established they said I could come right in. fast forward yesterday I received a confirmation for my appointment and questionnaire I completed. Hours later I received a voicemail my appointment was canceled and reschedule for October. 10 months after I made an appointment. I was told there was nothing they could do. Not acceptable.

In response I did reach out and was told there was nothing they could do besides confirm my appointment in October

I've been trying to get into this clinic since last year. Everytime I called I was told try again. So this year I called in January to try and get to see a doctor ( Emily Lee) that was recommended by my sister who she speaks highly of her and was told try in July. So I called today do to trying to get transferred from a different clinic to see Emily Lee but was immediately told try again. I refused to keep getting pushed away so the receptionist had to speak to advisor first I got into this clinic only not with Emily Lee. Idk why it's so hard to get in with her when it's my care and I should be able to pick the doctor.

I've gone here for two physicals over the last few years. The office seems organized, and I've never had to wait long in the waiting area, the room to see my doctor or to get labs. I feel like my health concerns are taken seriously, and I've impressed with their lab staff easily getting blood from my very difficult veins!

I wanted to make a dermatologist appointment and was informed I had to get a primary care appointment first. The resulting phone call lasted 5 minutes (I have the records) and the doctor was very nice but just told me I didn't need the appointment. I got billed for a 30 - 45 minutes new patient consultation. With $233 the most expensive phone call of my life. I called them but the woman was disinterested. Said something about calling me back but never did.

Friendly staff who worked quickly to get me seen when I came in as a walk-in. Doctors, techs and nursing staff are great. I feel very lucky to have this clinic in the neighborhood.

I called to get established as a new patient in February and they scheduled an appointment for me at the end of May. Two weeks before my appointment they called me and told me my doctor would not be available that day and they were rescheduling me for October. I'm going to find a different primary care doctor. This is unacceptable. You having to cancel because your doctor is unavailable shouldn't push me back to the bottom of the waiting list.

I love this clinic!! I used to go to the one on 3rd and Comal but they would leave me in a room for hours then come and tell me everyone left to lunch. At Sandra Joy it feels like home. I have the same person draw blood and she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She always talks me through it and it’s by time it’s done I didn’t even realize she was drawing blood! Front desk people are amazing, MA are amazing and Dr.Bilarki is amazing! I moved south so I can’t get to this location easily anymore but this clinic and the people who worked in it really made me feel like they cared and where my network during my weight loss journey in 2018.

Today was my first time at this clinic or any CommUnity Care location. Had an extremely positive experience. As someone who has been uninsured or underinsured for some time, it felt amazing to finally be receiving the care that I needed. I felt comfortable being open and honest with what I needed and the dr and nurses and lab tech were very helpful. I had to get blood drawn which I hate and the lab tech was great at distracting me and making the process go by as quickly as possible. So happy that this is now my dr!!!!!
