Katherine or KAT, was amazing and spectacular they assisted me with everything I needed and the process was absolutely very smooth. Everyone was easy going and respectful and the sweetest people. Definitely would recommend only that’s looking to do these testing this is the place. Definitely recommend. I did the Florida criminal justice basics abilities and it was great. Thank you guys!

Let me first start by saying the energy & vibe at this location is EVERYTHING! I booked an exam here at the last minute, came in a bit on edge because I didn’t study as much as I would’ve wanted, but the front desk associate (Katherine) let off such positive energy and encouraging words, my mindset & energy shifted INSTANTLY! Companies should be more intentional about hiring team members like her! She sets an amazing tone for those who are about to face some pretty important exams!

I PASSED!

I went to the Academy last week and I want to say that Katherine was amazing at proctoring. She helped me set up the whole test and the whole time she was motivating me and giving me the confidence that I needed in order to past my test. She’s very lovely and amazing at what she does, I’ll definitely be back when I need to renew, I hope she’ll still be there by that time to give me a good laugh and confidence boost once again!!

I most say, that this place is very amazing and warming. The people here is very friendly and very grateful to have us the people here. Their very nice and have a very exciting personality. I'm a current student at The Academy and decided to visit the Miami Campus to do some hands on lab work , and boy what a dope vibe . The staff at this location is amazing! Katherine at the front desk is world class. She exudes light, life and amazing customer service.
