Very good department. We arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time. The receptionists were very nice. everything went quickly. hope for a positive result!

Be ready to wait in line (outside the office) before your time is called in. Then you will get inside in another line for the reception to check you in and verify your documents.
Staff are helpful and courteous.
Give yourself about an hour and half from your appointment time to have everything done and completed.

La organización de este lugar es horrible, le dan citas a las personas para que las personas hagan una enorme línea afuera y las citas ya no son por la hora de la cita es por la línea. Si su cita es a una hora exacta deberían de asegurarse respetar el horario de las citas. Esto hace que el proceso sea más largo.

The line was longer than the Nile river. People were being rude to each other because people were trying to skip the line. However, a staff member came out and got order. She let them know she wasn't having it. She straightened things real quick. Everyone had different appointment times and it was aggravating standing for hours. Even if you arrived on time you had to wait. For example people who had 1:00 appointments didn't get seen til 2.

I was here for an appointment for naturalization, I have my letter and the appointment was at 2:00 Pm, I got here at 1:50 Pm, there was a huge waiting line and more than 20 people were waiting outside with no ac, the only thing that they care is that your phone needs to be on silent or turn off, YES you can use your mobile device but make sure it is silent, when I got in it was turn 325, and my turn was 372, and they were 3 people, when I got called in, it was already 2 hours past my appointment hour, 2 HOURS, and they only took 3 minutes to take your biometrics, when I told the lady it was unfair all of this, she said some people didn't come to work, and that's what she said, then she said take care. Very unprofessional
