I had a really good experience. I was greeted with smiling faces. I filled out the paperwork. They took my license and insurance card. I didn’t wait at all before the lady came back to get me so that I could change out of my clothes and into a gown, and then the tech was there took me back, did the bone density scan in under 15 minutes then she lead me back to the dressing room. I got dressed and I left. Everyone was professional and explained the process in an understanding manner. I recommend wish Fresno breast center.

I had to wait a bit but the people were friendly and respectful. My technician was amazing and kept my mind off of what was happening with great conversation. Met some amazing women while waiting!

The people were efficient. Technician was kind. Restrooms were horrible! No toilet seat covers. People had peed on the toilet and no wiping off of the toilet. I asked if there was another restroom. She showed me one but there was toilet seat covers in that one either. So unclean.

I’ve had a very positive experience every time I’ve come here. Front desk staff, radiology technician, everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend coming here. Thank Fresno Wish for all you do.

Mostly all of the employees and staff were great, fast, and comforting. There was one receptionist that was acting and looked unprofessional. This employee continuously talked about her personal life, about her bad experience with family on Christmas Tree Lane and appeared to have stayed up most of the night, possibly drinking. She did not make me feel like I was in a comfortable safe place. The other receptionist did her best to continue helping patients and eventually needed to tell the other woman to wait while she continued to try to help patients.

Everyone was kind and helpful. I am elderly and slow and on oxygen. My balance is not good and the technician assisted me in getting up on the table and I felt very safe. I was never rushed and she was very mindful of my comfort.

The professionals at WISH do an outstanding job of making what would commonly be not-so-fun, actually be a not bad experience after all. They’re always prompt, efficient & have a pleasant atmosphere. I’ve been to other facilities in the past, but I was referred to WISH about 5 years ago and I will no longer go anywhere else for my annual mammogram.

This place was amazing. From booking to the day of, such an easy process. The mammo tech that completed my study was so professional and kind. Had I known it would be so quick and easy I would have done this much sooner. Don’t put off your health screening ladies. So important!! 💕
